
These sushi balls are really quick and easy to make. You already have most of the ingredients at home and you can choose your own filling. You can fill them with tuna, salmon, chicken or shrimp. With different kinds of vegetables. You can make 1 serving with this recipe (for 1 person) and double the number of ingredients per person.

Ingredients
- 100 gram sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
- tuna, salmon, baked chicken or shrimp as filling
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- kewpie Japanese mayonaise
- sriracha
- sesam seeds
- Other toppings of your choice…
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice and add the sushi vinegar to the warm cooked sushi rice.
- Let the sushi rice cool down for 5 minutes, until it’s no longer very hot.
- Slice your vegetables in small pieces and prepare your other fillings.
- Place a piece of foil at your workplace. Add a spoonful of rice and flatten it slightly.
- Put a little of each of the fillings on the rice. Add a small spoonful of rice on top. Now you can make a ball of the rice with the foil, so that the filling is completely hidden in the rice.
- Drizzle a little bit of mayonaise and sriracha on top.
- Sprinkle some sesam seeds on the sushi balls.
