Instructions
Blondie Batter:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt unsalted butter and white chocolate together using a double boiler or the microwave.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until well combined.
- Stir in the melted mixture and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
- Gradually add plain flour and Chai spice to the mixture, ensuring it’s evenly incorporated.
- Pour the blondie batter into a greased and lined baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (the exact time may vary depending on your oven).
- Allow the blondie to cool completely in the pan before applying the frosting.
Frosting:
- In a separate bowl, beat softened unsalted butter with vanilla extract until it becomes creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, continuing to mix until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Whip the frosting for a few more minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. Optionally, add a small amount of milk if needed to make the frosting smoother.
- Once the blondie has cooled, spread the light and fluffy frosting evenly over the top.
- Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
